Information you provide

The inquiry form requests your name, email, service interest, and project overview. You can also provide an organization, facility location, project timing, phone number, and role. If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign labels may be included with your inquiry to help us understand its source.

How direct submission works

When the website confirms that your inquiry is saved and gives you a reference, your details have been stored in our access-restricted inquiry inbox. The Supercomputer Consulting team uses those details to review your request, define a useful scope, and respond to you. Please share a brief overview first and agree a suitable channel before sending sensitive facility information or documents.

Google Forms and notifications

Our inquiry connection may copy your contact details and project overview to our existing Google Form to support team notifications and follow-up. Google’s terms and privacy practices apply to that service. If you choose the alternate form, your supplied details are prefilled for your review; you must submit that Google Form to complete the alternate request. An inquiry saved by this website does not by itself confirm that a notification email was delivered.

Website counts and spam protection

The website records basic aggregate counts of page views, contact-link clicks, form openings, and saved inquiries. These counters use fixed page categories and the day; they do not store your contact information, full browsing URL, or a visitor identifier. Optional browser page-event counts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

The direct form uses short-lived signed form checks and rate limits to reduce automated submissions. Rate-limit records contain pseudonymous keys rather than raw IP addresses. Our hosting and form providers may process connection information under their own service practices.

Use, retention, and your questions

We use inquiry records for the consulting request and related business follow-up, and retain them as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
